| 2012 Player/Family Website Manual | | | by
posted 01/19/2012 One of our awesome team parents created a manual for families to reference in navigating our new website. We know learning a new system/tool can be overwhelming and sometimes confusing. We hope that this short manual will help you learn how to use the Skyline website so it is a useful tool for you and your family.

| | | | Holiday Lacrosse Equipment Drive Continues | | | by
posted 12/13/2011 Happy New Year!
Thank you to those of you who have so generously donated equipment this holiday season! We are still accepting lacrosse equipment donations. There are kids and new teams in need of equipment all over our area and we want to help spread the game of lacrosse by getting equipment into their hands.
We ask that you take a moment to go into your garage or attic to dig out those boys or girls lacrosse sticks, and any equipment you may have that doesn't fit anymore, but is still in good playing condition.
Instead of letting your lacrosse equipment collect dust why not donate it to us so we can donate it to the new players and lacrosse clubs in our area.
All lacrosse equipment donations can be dropped off at or left on the front porch at this address:
4077 Waterhouse Road
Oakland, Ca. 94602 (MAP)
[off of Park Blvd. near Leimert]
Please bag your equipment and label it "SLC EQUIPMENT DONATION"
If you have any questions please email Dede Szykier
Donated lacrosse equipment we are accepting:
-
Lacrosse sticks (boys and girls, and goalie sticks)
-
Lacrosse heads
-
Lacrosse shafts
-
Lacrosse helmets
-
Boys lacrosse gloves
-
Lacrosse armpads
-
Lacrosse shoulder pads
-
Girls eye goggles
-
Girls lacrosse gloves
-
Goalie chest protectors
-
Goalie throat protectors
-
Adult sized cleats (soccer, football, baseball, lacrosse)
We ask that you donate equipment that is still in good condition and that can be safely worn. Don't worries if a lacrosse stick needs to be re-strung, we will take the lacrosse stick as long as it is still usable.
HAPPY NEW YEAR AND GO SKYLINE!!!
| | | | US Lacrosse Adopts New Age-Appropriate Youth Rules | | | by
posted 09/16/2011 As Fall Ball approaches we ask that all Skyline Lacrosse players and their families spend a few minutes and review these new rules voted on a few days ago and adopted by US Lacrosse and the NCJLA. These rules are implemented beginning with the 2012 Season.
Please note the new age date cut off of August 31 instead of December 31, closer aligning age divisions by grade level.

GO SKYLINE!
| | | | by Skyline Lacrosse posted 09/03/2011 Congratulations to Skyline Alumni Will Mckee (SI Prep '12) and Michael Hernandez (Piedmont '12)! Both Will and Michael will be playing division I lacrosse next year when they attend college. Will commited early to Lehigh University in Pennsylvania while Michael more recently commited to the University of Michigan. We couldn't be more proud of our former players for everything they accomplished on and off the field. Know Your Roots!
